Elements of System for indoor.
The characteristics of raised floors very much depend on the composition and thickness of the PANELS. Produced in the standard size of 60x60 cm, there are three different types of panels, depending on the required performance.
The new STRUCTURE, exclusive by Intec, guarantees, thanks to the innovative monolithic head, more stability and reliability for heights up to 30 cm. The Intec structures have height adjustment range from 3,5 cm up to over 100 cm and offer five different solutions, according to the load requirements.
The TOP FINISH has the function both to complete the panel from the aesthetic point of view, for what the customer's requirements are concerned or according to the final use, and to achieve particular mechanical, chemical, physical, healthy or security characteristics.

GASKET:
made of fireproof, soundproofing
and air-dust sealing PVC.
STRINGER: horizontal component, if requested, which connects the pedestals. It is used to improve the stability, the rigidity of the structure, the bearing capacity of the whole system.

PEDESTAL: element adjustable in height,

and the stringers, when required. It distributes the loads to the slab.

TOP FINISH
EDGE TRIM: made of self extinguishing ABS, it has the functions of finish,
waterproof sealing and protection
of the panel covering.

BOTTOM FINISH: it has the purpose of protecting the panel from humidity. It can be made of laminate balancing sheet, melamine sheet or aluminium sheet 0,05 mm. Besides, it can be made of galvanized steel plate 0,5 mm or galvanized steel tray 0,5 mm to improve the mechanical characteristics.
