Intec Portfolio can list a new prestigious project: the Caixa Terrassa Bank head-quarters in Barcelona. The building, planned to become a modern symbol of the Spanish city, is located in rambla d'Egara and involved an investment of about 27 milions euro, besides the complete renewal of the urban area concerned which is an important district of the city. With this project the ownership, one of the main Spanish bank corporation, wants to steady the development of the last years and in the mean time to prepare the expected future growth. The building, which occupies a 9,600 sqm area, has six floors and its peculiarity is the total absence of central pillars. Intec supplied and installed around 6,000 of raised flooring with calcium sulphate panel and primer top finish to allow placing of loose-laying carpet.
